Arrested Development has started filming
After its initial run from 2003 to 2006, the sitcom Arrested Development found a larger audience on DVD and through services like Netflix and Hulu. Perhaps even more so that Firefly, Arrested Development is scene as the show that was cancelled too soon.
Lucky for fans, Arrested Development season 4 is currently filming. This new season will be available exclusively through Netflix and will be followed up with a movie. You should be able to stream the new episodes in early 2013.
Also, based on a photo from Jason Bateman’s Twitter account, it looks like you can expect to see at least two Workaholics in the new season.
Arrested Development Is Really Coming Back
We’ve heard talk about Arrested Development coming back on a new network even while it was still airing on Fox. Then we heard about movies, but nothing ever came out. Late last year, it was announced that new episodes of Arrested Development would be airing on Netflix in early 2013 with and that those episodes would lead up to a movie. Even with the official announcement I couldn’t help but be skeptical.
Well, I am skeptical no more. Today I read that all writers and cast are back for the new season, and the writing process has already started with offices and everything.
